This event is a fundraiser for Sign of Jonah Partnerships in Healing, we encourage everyone to add the $20 donation onto your registration for Sign of Jonah. We do our best to make this event financially accessible, we are committed to making herbal medicine education accessible so a limited number of worktrade positions available please check out below.
Youth Registration - $35 (includes camping)
We are offering a discounted registration cost for youth ages 18 & Under (Ages 4 and under are free). We will have a kids camp with various activities running during workshop times, please note youth must be supervised!

This year we are excited to offer cabin accomodations, a great option for those that want to stay extra warm and who would like to stay overnight for the Sunday activities. We will be offering heated single bed options dormitory style onsite at Melwood Recreation. The rooms are dormitory style so please prepare to share your space with other event attendees! THOSE WHO WOULD LIKE CABIN ACCOMMODATIONS MUST REGISTER BY Sept. 20, 2015.

Having a table at the Chesapeake Herb Gathering is an amazing way to support this community event while gaining exposure for your work. We ask that all those who would like to table to contact us before registering at [email protected] just to connect so we can make sure its the right fit for you! We welcome local herbalists, organizations, herb and wellness stores, eco-oriented business, crafters and more to have a table at the conference, we ask to have one business/organization per table (one person per table). We aim to make this an affordable opportunity for vendors, so cost is only $50, you must bring your own table and/or tent. A very limited number of vendor spaces are available. You are able to drive up to set up your tent however must park elsewhere once set. A vendor tent includes entry for one person to run the table, however does not include attendance to workshops through out the day. Vendors are welcome to attend classes and will receive 50% discount off registration per person. There are about 180 people who attend the Gathering and this grows annually. The vendor market is for Saturday September 26 only, set up is at 12noon and break down is at 7:30pm.

We have limited worktrade/volunteer opportunities for folks that are unable to afford the conference registration fee. Opportunities include set up on Saturday morning, breakfast setup/break down on Sunday morning, registration table, kids-camp shifts during workshops. Volunteers are expected to pay a reduced registration fee of $25 and work four pre-assigned hours which we agree upon before the event. Please contact us at [email protected] to learn more about these opportunities. Camping, meals etc are not included in the worktrade/volunteer registration - these can be paid for directly on this site.
