Join us for a weekend exploring the Art of Herbal Medicine. We will lay out a foundation in herbal medicine, herbal tastes, actions, energetics as well as foundational herbal medicine making. This weekend is meant for the beginner who is looking to learn to build a hands on and personal relationship with plants particularly focusing on ones that grow around us in our area! By the end participants will learn how to create tea blends, make their own tinctures, herbal oils, herbal salves and more! A perfect course to take before the holidays! We will also learn basic herbal first aid with suggestion on building your own herbal first aid kit.
Participants should bring notebooks, waterbottles, extra sweater, as well as their lunch they can eat during our lunch breaks. There is not a location nearby the farm to purchase food.
