Join us for an exciting weekend this fall at our peaceful herbal center exploring the art of herbal medicine. We will lay out a foundation in herbal medicine, herbal tastes, energetics as well as foundational herbal medicine making. This workshop is meant for the beginner who is looking to learn to build a hands on and personal relationship with plants particularly focusing on ones that grow around us in our area! By the end participants will learn how to create teas make their own tinctures, herbal oils, herbal salves and more! We will also cover basic herbal energetics as well as herbal tastes which will help deepen your relationship to the plants and their medicine. Lastly, we will explore buidling personal relationships with plants through plant journeys, and will learn to craft flower essences as well! A perfect course for those interested in learning the basics of herbal self care and even making gifts for loved ones!

This class will be taught by Molly Meehan, community herbalist and founder of Wild Ginger Herbal Center.

Important Information:
- This is an in person class, we will meet at Wild Ginger Herbal Center in Bryans Road, Maryland
- We ask that everyone read our Community Values and Agreements before coming to our shared learning spaces, by signing up for our program you are consenting to these values and agreements. Click Here to Read
- We will be entirely outdoors, we will not be in our classroom. Please bring weather appropriate clothing, sun protection, please bring a portable chair or blanket you would like to sit on as well as a clear glass jar or bowl.
- Please bring a mug, your water for the day, as well as your food for our lunch time. Refrigeration and heating are not available, there are not local restaurants nearby to purchase food so please bring with you.
- We will be practicing social distancing during this course - please note mask are required at all times at Wild Ginger Herbal Center.
