Have you ever dreamed of starting your own Herbal CSA? Do you create the most beautiful herbal medicines or body care products and are interested in how to get off the ground selling them, maybe at the local farmers market or nearby marketplace? Beginning a clinical herbal or healing arts practice? Birthkeepers, doulas, farmers and gardeners, tarot readings, astrologers, herbalists, wellness practitioners of all kinds, we hope this workshop will be of service to you! This workshop is a primer for folks who specialize in their service to community, but need some help with the nitty gritty of actually getting a business off the ground. We know as small business owners we often have to wear many hats, and sometimes we don't even know all the things to have on our radar. This workshop will help folks just beginning to envision and dream, or who are already beginning on their way.
During this workshop Molly Meehan Brown, the creator of Wild Ginger Herbal Center and Kids Herbalism, will share practical insights for her over decade creating and stewarding a mission driven business, and we will explore everything from envisioning your services, business structures, websites and newsletters, data management, book keeping, marketing and outreach, volunteers to so much more! Come with your questions and we will have plenty of time to help get your wheels turning, connect you with resources, and begin to map out making your dreams a reality, and sustainably!
